Lozenge is an app for Mac and iPhone. There is no Windows or Android app yet. There is a prompter that runs in any browser, and it is free.
What works today
- The browser prompter. Open a script on a Windows laptop, a Chromebook, or an Android phone or tablet, and read it as it scrolls. Nothing is uploaded.
- Your scripts travel. A script is plain text. Write it in any editor, and it opens the same way in the browser prompter and in Lozenge for Mac.
What a browser cannot do
Lozenge for Mac keeps its window out of every screen share, so you can share your whole desktop and your script stays yours. A web page cannot do that. In a browser, keep the prompter on a second device or a screen you do not share, or share one window instead of the desktop.
A Windows app
Windows can keep a window out of a screen share too, so a Windows Lozenge could keep the same promise. Whether it gets built depends on who asks. Write to us and we will tell you if it happens.
