Pro Pass

Pro for 30 days. It does not renew. For a job search, a conference season, or a busy month.

On every plan, including free.

Hidden from the audience
Screen share exclusion and ghost are on every plan. They are why Lozenge exists.
Transcription on your Mac
On-device transcription and speaker labels are never limited.
Your files are yours
Every session, brief, and template opens and exports on every plan, including after a subscription ends.
No account
A purchase gives you a license, a line of text checked on your Mac. It holds no name or email address.
Never send means never
Template fields you mark Never send reach no model on any plan.
Nothing while you are live
No plan message appears during a take or a Listen session. It waits until you stop.

Questions

What is a Pro session?
One Listen session, or one talk track import, with every model feature it uses. It counts the first time that session needs a model, and reopening it later costs nothing. The free plan and Presenter include 3 a month.
What do I pay for the model?
Whatever your own provider charges, billed by them, or nothing if you run Ollama on your Mac. Lozenge adds nothing to it. The Usage tab shows an estimate of what you have spent.
Does the trial include everything?
Everything except the MCP server. The server runs outside the app, so it can only trust a signed Pro license on your Mac. The first time an agent calls it, macOS asks once to let it read that license.
Do I need an account?
No. After checkout you get a license: open it in Lozenge, or paste it into Settings. A subscription license renews itself in its last week by sending only the license to lozenge.ai.
Who charges me?
Stripe is the seller of record. It takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipt. Lozenge never sees your card.
What happens if I stop paying?
Pro features keep working to the end of the period you paid for, and for 30 days after that. Then the free plan applies. Everything you made stays readable and exportable.
What does a year of updates mean for Presenter?
Presenter is one payment. It includes the updates released in the year after you buy.
Can I get a refund?
Stripe handles refunds for the purchases it sells, including where the law gives you a cooling off period. Write to us first and we will help.
